Just a quick note. This card uses the Mountain Air stamp set and dies with the sentiment from the Ornate Thanks stamp set. The glimmer on the black mountains are actually shimmer paint. The night sky is from Altenew ....a big piece of Washi Tape! Now, I have tried to create tis look with paper and ink on numerous occasions....of which you will never see. They looked like a big blob of nothing. I got this tape over a year ago , maybe even two years ago. I drug it out of a drawer, and Viola....easy peasy.
